Joseph Frazee (son of Stephen Frazee, Sr. and Sarah Allen) was born 1750 in Burlington Co., New Jersey, and died 1793 in Ray's Hill, Bedford Co., Pennsylvania.
Notes for Joseph Frazee: "Joseph with his wife Mary, who is thought to have been a Pearsall (spelling varies) were living in Mansfield Twp., Burlington Co., N. J., Oct. 31, 1783, when they deeded to Nicholas Lundeck two plots of ground located in Little Egg Harbar Twp. Subsequently they removed to Brush Creek Valley in Bedford (now Fulton) Co., Penna. Joseph was frozen to death, or died of illness, during an absence from home. His estate was administered by the Rev. Thomas Runyan, pioneer preacher, who married his widow. In Nov., 1808, Runyan reported the value of the estate 113 pounds 11s 7 1/2 d, and on March 12, 1821, final settlement was made. Joseph's grave is unknown, but his wife rests beside her second husband, Runyan, in the Sideling Hill Baptist Cemetery, the marker attesting that she died Mar. 18, 1858, in her 97th year. Nothing is definately known of Joseph's nationality. A Bedford Co. History says he was of Scotch descent and came from Long Island in the early days. Apparently he never took title to land in Bedford Co."
