David Frazee, Sr. (son of Stephen Frazee, Sr. and Sarah Allen) was born Aft. 1756 in New Jersey, and died 15 Jun 1789 in Amwell, Washington Co., Pennsylvania. He married (1) Unknown. He married (2) Mary Fox.

Notes for David Frazee, Sr.:
Some claim that this David is son of Ephraim Frazee and Rebecca Cutter, however, they can not account for a brother Jonathan Frazee as mentioned in Davids will. Also, David is mentioned in Stephen Frazee's will as his son. Ephraim Frazee witnessed Stephen's will. The families do connect, however, exactly where and how is not yet known.

1781 shows on Tax lists in Amwell, Washington Co., Pennsylvania.

Will of David dated June 15, 1789 and proved June 23, 1789.
Pennsylvania Archives Vol. 1 Wills - Page 101 names Wife Mary; children: Pheby, dau by former wife; David, Sarah, Mary and Ann (minors). Executors, brother-in-law David Fox, Brother Jonathan Frazee. Witnesses: David Sutton, Ebenezer Heaton, Timothy Ross and Isaac Sharp.

David acquired considerable property in Washington County and his descendants are still around that vicinity.
