Researching Thomas W Williams b 1825 Hickman Co, TN, d 1917 Yell Co, AR, (m Susan Wright b 1827 d 1895 Yell Co,AR, in 1848 TN,) and his extended family. He had ten children before moving to AR after 1870, they were in Crawford Co AR in 1880 census.
My Williams family still live in North Arkansas. They have a reunion about the first of July and another one in January of each year.
Thomas is believed to be a decendant of Baruch Williams born abt 1665 Wales and Eleanor Hillary and lived in Frederick Co, Maryland and Bath Co, Virginia.
Marcus Lafayette Williams born born abt 1780 Bath Co, VA was in Abbeville Co, SC in 1810, 1830 census and in Hickman Co TN in 1840 and 1850 and died before 1860. His son William Williams born 1806 SC married Dicey unknown abt 1822 are Thomas's parents.
