Welcome to the family page for the Oslage family! I am Jessica (Williams) Lord, direct descendant of Johann Oslage & Katherine Voss of Lengerich, Germany. I have been researching this line steadily (ok, obsessively) for the last two and a half years. It is my intention to one day write a book about our ancestors and have enough copies published to pass on to each living Oslage descendant plus one or two others to place in local libraries for future generations.
It has recently come to my knowledge that another Oslage line, maybe two, exists within the United States & that cousins still live in Germany today. It is a great hope, and would be a pleasure, to have all of these lines converge together on one website in the near future. My own Oslage lineage started in Cincinatti, Ohio and ended in Evansville, Indiana. So for every Oslage that has ever lived in either place and inbetween at any given time in history, you can bet I at least have a name and a birth and/or death date.
