Isaac Anderson Lowrey (son of Jesse W. Lowry and Darcus Manard) was born June 12, 1848 in Louisville, Kentucky, and died December 23, 1935 in Norwich, Kansas or ??[Argonia, Sumner County, Kansas]. He married Flora Ann Mock on February 28, 1867 in Danridge, Jefferson County, Tennessee, daughter of William H. Mock and Mary Ann C. Bracey.
