I was born in Laurel,Ms March 25,1949. My Mother was
Betty Jo Brewer b. 1930 from Louisville,Ms(Winston Co.) Her
parents were Olen Brewer b.1906 in Iuka,Ms and Meredith
Woodruff b. 1906 in Winston Co.,Ms. My Dad was Jack
C. Lowe b.1926 in Laurel,Ms. He was shot down in Korea
and his remains were never found. I'm trying to work with
the U.S. Army through DNA samples from my Uncle and
Grandmother's niece in hopes of one day bringing him
back to Ms to be buried. His Dad was Vernon Lowe b.1904
in Laurel,Ms. His Mother was "Sissy" Susan Burdette b.1904
in Ellisville,Ms. I've traced both sides of my families since
I've been on the Internet and have found that we are of
English,Irish and Scottish stock. It's truly amazing what I
have learned from the Internet! I've been married twice and
have a daughter named Vanessa Cheatham with three
grand-kids. My second marriage,I had a son named Brian
C. Lowe who attends USM. I'm proud of both of them! I'm
single now and will probably stay that way. I work with maps
on computers. I enjoy my job.
