This family research project focuses on the geneology of the Ludingtons, Reads, and Sharps. The fourth line, the parents of grandmother Mildred House Sharp is clouded. Her father John House was of Norway and apparently changed his name from ?? and her mother Bertha Aimes House (the Aimes is not certain) is said to have come to the west via the orphan train having been orphaned on a boat from Ireland.

I have greatly enjoyed this project and hope my children find continued research as interesting as I have. There are so many great stories yet to be discovered. Enjoy.
