My Lusher heritage has been traced back to John Irvin Lusher (1795-abt 1830) and Nancy A. Lusher(abt 1795-abt1860). They lived in Cabell Co., (West)Virginia.

BALLINGER:
Henry Ballinger (1660-1727) and Mary Harding. Henry was the son of French Huguenots, he came to Burlington, West Jersey from England in 1678 aboard the Kent. He was active in the organization of the government of the Colony and in 1697 was a member of the Assembly.

JENNINGS:
John Jennings(1633-1670) and Margaret Payne(1635-1685)who maintained a plantation in Old Rappahannock Co., Virginia. Part of his land was granted to him by the colony for transporting eight persons from England into the colony.

PEERY:
Thomas Peery(1720-1762) E. Thomas Peery was a planter and resided near Staunton. He died in 1762 or 1763 in Augusta Co. A "Thomas Peery" was a member of Captain John Wilsonís Co. of Augusta Militia in 1742.
