I am searching for information regarding Albert Dudley Yates I. I don't have birth or death dates for him. He most likely lived in Greenup, Kentucky at one point in his life. His wife was Elizabeth (not sure of her last name, possibly Cooley (Coolie) (not sure of spelling). His mother's maiden name was Jerdan but I do not know her first name or his father's name.
They had four children that I know of for sure John Wesley, Sam, Oliver (was the youngest), and Ruth. They possibly had another daughter named Laurasenia whose married name was Lee. There was also Levi who was a half brother but I do not know whether it was from the mother or the father.
Albert and Elizabeth's son, John Wesley Yates was my great grandfather. John was born 11/27/1886 in Friendship, Ohio and died 8/23/1951. He married Ollie May Coolie (Cooley)10/8/1907. They had 12 children (3 of which died in infancy). Ollie was from Kentucky (possibly Somerset) had a brother named Tom. Her parents were Silas Coolie and Marvina Broomfield. If anyone has any information on this family I would like to hear from you.
