Manke/Burnett families of Spearfish, SD

Have been trying to locate ancestors of the John H. Burnett family born in VA, I would guess sometime in the early 1800's. John H. was my dad's grandfather and he was married to Amanda Webb. John H. was born in KY in 1842 and Amanda was born in TN in 1844. My dad, Ralph Burnett, was a son of George who was John H's son. George was born in TN in 1868. My dad, Ralph, was born in Arkansas in 1898. My research is at a standstill past John H. except for the 1880 US census listing both his parents birthplace as VA.
