I am currently researching several of my family lines. The Manabat line comes from San Fernando and Mabalacat in the Pampanga province in the Philippines. The Castro line comes from the neighboring provinces of Tarlac and Pangasinan. My parents, Adorable Tuazon Manabat and Iluminada Castro Manabat, along with their three children, migrated to California in the early 1970s.

Most of the information I've already obtained came from my mother's records and interviews with several living relatives. I am hoping to obtain more information. I am also interested in the surnames Tuazon, Tolentino, Uyengco, Caas, Sorio, Abad, and Catuar.
