There has been different stories told to me about Henry Thomas Manning. None of the stories have been documented however. The only documented record I have is a Death Certificate. His youngest son Walter Lee Manning gave the information that was put on his death certificate. He stated that Henry Thomas' father was named Rube Manning and his mother was Anna Pollock. I have not been able to find anything linking these two people together. Could find no record of Anna Pollock on any census in or surrounding the county of Twiggs. This was where the death certificate stated that Rube was born. The county of Anna Pollock's birth was not stated. If in reading this post, anyone could supply information to either of these people it would be greatly appreciated.
