Grandfather James Charlton Ross-Born Jan. 20,1879.Came to Canada with first wife. She died in Verdun Quebec. Married Mary Kate Macauly of New Boston, Glace Bay Nova Scotia. Her parents- John Macauly(born 1856. Parents-John Macauly & Sarah) and Christine Mcdonald of New Boston N.S.(born 1864. Parents Rory McDonal & Isabella Mcleod) were married Nov. 25 1884.
Mary Kate Macaulys siblings-Roddy, Donald Archie, John, Sarah and Marybelle. Sarah married a Macintosh. Marybelle married a penny.
Mary Kate and James Charlton ross resided in verdun Quebec, Canada until thier deaths.
James Charlton-died October 19,1956
Mary Kate Macauly - died June 19, 1979
