I, Jeanne L. WALKER MANTOOTH, want to find out more information about my family history. The part of the tree that is really missing is on my father’s side. His name is Railey Rockstand WALKER, Jr., born in 1937 in Arkansas, died in 1995 in Irving, Texas. Railey Rockstand WALKER, Jr. married Shirley. I am their only child. He was the only child of Railey Rockstand WALKER, Sr. and Bessie GARRISON (both are dead). Railey Rockstand WALKER, Sr.’s parents were Verlinda MILLER and Smith WALKER. I have traced Verlinda MILLER's family but still looking into Smith WALKER. I have no information at this time on Bessie GARRISON. If you have any additional information, please contact me.

  The parents of Thomas A. MANTOOTH have come into question. I have found two sets of parents for Thomas A. MANTOOTH, both sets lead back to Thomas (Cherokee Tom) MANTOOTH/MANTEITH. Thomas (Cherokee Tom) MANTOOTH/MANTEITH was the son of John MANTOOTH/MANTEITH and a Cherokee Indian, upon John's and the Cherokee Indian's marriage his brother James MANTEITH disowned him. Gentleman Thomas MANTEITH, born in 1694 in Glasgow, Scotland, wife Phillis GALLOP, was the father of John MANTOOTH/MANTEITH and James MANTEITH. Could anyone point me to the correct parents of Thomas A. MANTOOTH. Thank you.
