Clarence Edward Swan born in 1917, son of Joseph Swan and Letitia Hanes of Franklin Township, near the village of Huntsville. Clarence married Margaret Evelyn Munroe, the only daughter of Jeffery Otto Munroe and Jenette (Nettie) Keetch. Jeffery Otto Munroe was born dec. 26, 1884. Son of John Munroe and Charlotte A French. John and Charlotte had 4 other children, William Munroe born feb.16,1878, John Munroe born feb.23, 1880, Charlottie A Munroe born feb.2,1886 and Melville L Munroe sept. 4,1889 all of Franklin Township. Fox Point Lake of Bays.
