I'm Larry L. Manning, youngest son of the late Thurman G. (TG) Manning. I've become very interested in trying to find out about my family heritage. I have recently done a search on geneology.com looking for my Grandfather, Thadius G. Manning. I last heard from a possible cousin named Virginia, who had some information regarding Thadius and my Grandmother, Louvenia Moye.
I hope to find at least one surviving Uncle,(Larry or Leslie Manning), who use to live in Virginia.
Here is a little history about my family: I have two sons, Michael age 29 and Larry II age 24. Mike married Tiffany Powers and they now have their first child, "Madison Kali" (Madi), who is just adorable...of course I'm the proud Grandpa! Madi is just over 14 months and walking. Mike recently got out of the Navy with a great and proud service record. They now live in Fairfax, Virginia and Mike works in Washington, DC. Larry II lives in Ocala and is a foreman for a Utility Contractor. He is very involved in his church and stays busy with his many friends. He's very active and always on the go! He loves fishing and sports! I am married to Earline (Johnson) Manning, who is a good ole country gal from the south. She's a great cook and my best friend! We've been married for 26 years and live in south Ocala. I have been employeed with Sprint Telephone Corporation for over 30 years and currently a Network Engineer. Earline stays busy at home, helping out others and taking care of her babies (dogs), Cissy and Trinket. My father worked at the City of Ocala for over 25 years and was an electrician and water works. He retired with a disability due to an on the job accidient, and later died of cancer.
