Working backwards from what I knew based on my grandmothers memory, I Was taken back to the late 1800's. After spending many hours in the local Library I found another generation. That being my Gr. Gr. Gr.grandfather. He was a Civil War Vet. I found his grave,as well as several in his family. Last Fall I placed a Veterens flag On his grave. The First.
Thomas McNatt married Veronica Yowler, Veronica was the daughter of John and Susan Nicklow Yowler. The family near Uniontown When Veronica was 8 years old.
Thomas died 1910, Veronica was born 1841, died 8-11-1923.
Their children included, Mrs. John Scott, Mrs.Robert (Katherine) Scott, Mrs.Alonso Paull, Mrs. Florance Yowler, and Robert McNatt.
Both Thomas and Veronica are buried in the Percy Cemetery near Shady Grove.
I know their Daughter Katherine Married Robert Scott.Robert was from Scotland.Other than his immigration records I know very little. I VERY MUCH WANT TO LEARN MORE ABOUT ROBERT'S FAMILY.
