My family came from Norway in the early 1900's. My grandfather came across with his wife and landed in the eastern U.S.

She bore him two children and then died. Leaving the children with her family, he came north into Canada. There he met Anna, my grandmother, and they moved west along the C.N. Railway settling in Edmonton with their 10 children.
