About Our Family Research


Looking for descendants and relatives of Lloyd Calvert and Julia Gaither Calvert of Missouri. Known residences are Moberly/Brown's Station, Lexington, Hallsville and Higginsville, MO. Known siblings of Julia are twin sister, Emma, and William Gaither. She also had two older half-brothers, John and Robert Anderton (Atherton?). Lloyd had several brothers: John, Frank, William, Wallace, Charles and Howard. Known to be lumberjacks, coalminers and farmers. Lloyd was a deputy sherriff for Lafayette Co. (Lexington, MO) in the early 1920's. Lloyd and Julia had six children, Clara Margaret, Robert Glenn, Ethyl Maude (Tootie), Emma Mary, Nellie Lucille and Wilma Jean (Billie).
