My research is on the family of Ezekiel Hays Jr. b.1823 in Pike, Co. IN. He was the son of Elias Hays b. 1802 in Pike, Co. IN. and Melinda Lett. Elias's father was Ezekiel Hays Sr. b. between 1765 and 1775 in NC. Ezekiel Hays Sr. had another son named Ezekiel G. Hays b.1801 in NC. and also a daughter named Sarah b. unknown. Elias's son Ezekiel G. Hays Jr. married Nancy Whitehead and they moved to Chalk Bluff, Clay, Co. Ar. after the 1860 census. Ezekiel G. Hays Jr. died Oct. 01, 1872 in Clay, Co. AR. I am still trying to find info on Ezekiel G. Hays Sr. I know he was born in NC. but I don't know where. I don't know who he married or who his parent's where. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.
