I've been working on my family geneology for over twenty years. Because my family of Baxley and Wiggingtons are so widespread I had a lot of trouble getting information until I decided to get a computer, but when I bought Family Tree Maker everything started coming together for me. On the other hand my husbands family all were born, lived, and died in this area, mid- Missouri. So his has been farely easy as to geographic locations. But his stepped up also when we bought our World Family tree Maker.We have, birth certificates, death certificates,marriage certificates, census records, and family Bibles records. We even have some sworn affadavits on different parts of our geneology research,some of which we were doing good to get due to aging relatives. We've made many trips to the state archives, also to many county geneology archives. We have a family re-union about every two years.
