Hello my name is Earlean Mate. My father was Virgil Earl McVicker. He was born in Ovid Township Michigan on Jan. 29th 1927 the son of Virgil Earl McVicker and Minnie Fairbanks. He passed away on Aug. 7th 1988. He was laid to rest in Bulington Michigan. Virgil was married 3 times in his life. 1st wife: Ethel F. born 1923 died 1958. She was laid to rest also in Burlington Michigan. Her last name may have been Rodgers. 2nd wife of Virgil was Verna Deforest. From the marriage their are 2 children Earlean Kay McVicker and Victor Earl McVicker. 3rd marriage Florence Signor. Virgil has 4 brothers Floyd,Zell,Richard,David. Floyd,Zell,and David are alive and all live in lower Michigan. Richard is laid to rest in Fort Custer cemetery in Michigan.
