Twin daughters of Jack and Amy Trusty are Jacqueline and Jeri Trusty infant, Jack Jr. died at birth. Siblings of Jack Trusty are Arnold,Midge,Leon;Gordon and Blueford possibly 2 sisters. Siblings of Amy Lewis- Trusty are George, Raymond,and Lonnie Lewis only info on paternal grandparents is they were married May13 1899 in Pulaski Co. Ky Jack Trusty was born April 18,1921in illinois or abiliene texas died february 4, 1975
