My tree covers the 4 families of Mathis, Woolsey, Carruth, and Patrick. I have a lot on Woolsey and Carruth. Clear back to the 1700's. The Mathis and Patrick families I need help with. I have traced Mathis generations back to Texas in mid 1800's and on to Arkansas the next generation back. The Patricks also Texas in the middle 1800's and Georgia the next generation before. Names Will T. Mathis was born in Carroll Co., Arkansas in 1864. He married Fannie Dixon. Joseph Patrick married Carrie Jay and most of the children were born in Walker Co., Georgia before the family moved to Texas in the late 1800's.
