We are building a family tree of the Herlong and the Mathis Family. Our grandfather was Harwood Herlong Mathis and his mother was Salome Herlong.

We are interested especially in the oldest origins of the name, as well as other pertinent family news.

The old Herlong mansion in Micanopy is of interest to us, as is the house in Leesburg, which we believe no longer exists.
