As I began my search back through time, I was amazed how unknown my side of the tree is. I have been told through out the years many stories about my family. I can go back and name my great great grandmother on my mothers side and can find nothing. I've been told there is a full blood Cherokee on this side and I want to know her. And on my father's side we came from Germany. Just like the ancients of old who told their history by mouth from generation to generation I want, not only to know mine, but to tell my children and grand children about their's.
