I am presently researching any and all information on the Matthews family. The Matthews I am looking for, resided mainly in VT., NH., and NY. I can trace back to my grand father Arthur A. Matthews. Arthur's father was George Washingtin Mathews, G.W.'s father was Alexander Mathews, Alexander's father was (I have heard) named Levi.
