Seeking information on Maygers. Ours is an unusual and rare surname, which my research has indicated that it possibily originated in Normandy.One of William the Conqueror's uncles was named Mayger and was the Bishop of Rouen, France. He was given Guernsey as part of his estate after 1066. The Maygers first settled in Kent. Now we are spread throughout the world. Are we all related?
