I Would like to find out more about my great-grandfather, Curtis James Kilgore, he was married to Flora Newburn, Both were born in IL. However, one must of been of Irish decent O(probably Curtis) and one was Scottish. My grandfathers birth certificate says, James Curtis Kilgore is Scot/Irish, Grandfather was born June 29,1897 he died of cancer Jan. 29,1953 He was married to Ethel Golda Hatten, married Jan. 4, 1916. She pasted away Feb. 7, 1969. Anyone having information on Curtis James Kilgore would be of help. Their sons was Glen Kilgore, wife Edna;Guy Kilgore, wife Winnie;Charles Kilgore, wife Chole; Roy Kilgore, wife Gail; sister Effie Kilgore married Ralph Bacon; Jessie Kilgore, wife Cleoteene Zimmerman.
