I am searching for information about Anthony Monroe May who was born to Henry May and Elizabeth Greeenwood in Virginia in 1836. He lived in Rockingham County, VA until about 1865, then migrated through Ohio to Oklahoma. He died in 1911 and is buried in the Sterling Cemetery, Sterling, OK.

He married Polly A. Long in Virginia who died in Virginia about 1855. He then married Elizabeth E. Plaugher in Virginia. She died in 1917 and is buried with Anthony May in Sterling, OK.

The state of OK reports there is no record of the death of Anthony or Elizabeth in any of its counties.

I also am searching for the grave of Anthony May's father, Henry May, who dies in Rockingham County, VA in 1844.
