William Jesse is the Son of James Orell,(b.-26 Nov 1900 & d.-20 May 1976) & Mary Elizabeth (Vick), (b.-28 Jan 1916 & d.-20 Jul 2002) Mayfield of Monroe, Walton County, GA. Jesse was born 29 Apr 1943 in Portsmouth, VA. Mary Anne is the Daughter of Homer William,(b.-22 May 1904 & d.-10 May 1972), & Maggie Mabel (Wilkins), (b.-23 Apr 1906 & d.-20 Jul 1993), Gooch. Mary Anne was born 13 Feb 1944 in Suches, Union County, GA. Jesse & Mary Anne married 20 Nov 1960 in Hiawassee, Georgia. And now reside in Buckead, Georgia, retired on Lake Oconee!! We currently as of 2012 have 2 Children, Melanie & Jess and they have given us some 4 Grand Children & some 7 Great Grand Children.

They currently live in a beautiful home on Lake Oconee in Greensboro, Greene County, Georgia and have given us 2 Grand Children, Shelly Nicole (Powell) (Anderson) Mims b. 25 Apr 1978 in Monroe, Walton County, Georgia & Shelly Natasha (Powell) Hilsman, b. 16 Nov 1985 in Conyers, Rockdale County, Georgia.

He is married to our beautiful Daughter-in-Law Christen Paula (Hernon) Mayfield, born 26 Jul 1972 in Boston, MA. 'Jess' currently as of 2012 works for the Manufacture of the famous Craftsman Tools as and sells the product to Sears, Ace Hardware, and other retailers around the globe!! 'Jesse' & his wife currently reside in 2012 in Anderson, South Carolina where Christen is now a House wife. They have given us two Grand Children Bailie Ann Mayfield, b. 07 Jan 2007 & d. 07 Jan 2007 and the lovely Teagan Caroline Mayfield, b.19 Feb 2010 in Greenville, South Carolina.
