Searching for Peebles related to Alexander Peebles born in Well Scotland(Played the bagpipes in Cooper Pipe Band) married Jessie Robinson born in Creif Scotland. They had 7 daughters, Grace, Kathy, Jessie, Isa, Emma, Annie, and Babbie (Life, death, whereabouts and decendant status unknown) . They also had a son , my grandfather (living) Alexander Peebles of Peterborough, England(widower) married twice. My Great grandfather was Alec Peebles. My Grandfather has four cousins also named Alec Peebles. My uncles are Andy and Jimmy. My mum is Heather and my Aunts are Shirley and Gail. ( all living ). I am just starting my search but I did find a recent artical on Colonel Alec Peebles in the British High Commission. Whether he is a relation I don't know.Any info. or ideas how to search would help. Fife or Peebles Scotland may have been other places that Great- Great relatives may have lived.
