Some details of three generations of McCoy in Co Fermenagh from about 1780 to 1840/5 when it looks like the whole family migrated to Sydney. Details of Australian line. Name McCoy is on listing on public display at Castle Archdale (now public camping area etc!).

Paternal Grandmother is Amy Elizabeth Wearne. Very comlete geneaology of wearne's of Cornwall on net, probably provided by Mrs Wearne-Frost of NSW. Family mainly from the Lizard of Cornwall and some family links probably still exist there.

Wife is Elizabeth Castell Clark, parents Clark/Elder. Her paternal grandmother's line can be traced back to John Bunyan of "Pilgrims Progress".
