Family Tree of John Quincy Adams

Updated November 9, 2000

About Our Family Research

Part of the Famous Family Tree collection:

John Quincy Adams and his father, John Adams, were the only father and son Presidents of the United States. John Quincy Adams shares another distinction in that he was one of only two presidents whose father signed the Declaration of Independence; the other president was William Henry Harrison. John Quincy Adams comes from a long line of New England ancestry. Both his and his father's birth places in Quincy, Massachusetts have been transformed into museums that are open to the public.
