This is an attempt to piece together a family history of the "Fleming Family".Being part of a large family name,the hope of this search is to include as many family members as possible.Starting with the elder as we know.
James Fleming,born 1805,died 1883,James lived in the Hastings Ontario area of Northumberland County.
Special thanks to Dorothy Kloosterman daughter of Helen Fleming Moore who has devoted much time in gathering up our early history on the Fleming family.
The history of the Fleming family will centre around the town of Hastings, Ontario in Northumberland county bordering with Peterborough county.
The start of this family tree will begin with my wife Doreen E Fleming McDonald,a daughter of Bill & Eva Fleming.
