About Our Family Research

I am searching the following names in my immediate family. They are as follows.
HONEYCUTT various spellings
COOK
COLLIER
PROFITT
Myself along with a cousin in Indiana are doing as much as we can to locate information on our HONEYCUTT line(we share this direct link)I am searching PROFITT.I am sometimes tempted to just quit, but,Margaret keeps me going...convinced that one day we will find the link we need.We have an elusive ancester...Alfred HONEYCUTT that has us stumped. No matter how many people we talk to,no one seems sure of his parentage,so we keep on searching. The same applies to our COLLIER family. Our photos are limited...but..if anyone can assist us ,it will be greatly appreciated. We know that some of our family came out of North Carolina, and ended up in Ky,Also that our gggrandfather Alfred was born Oct 18-1832.We have no parents or siblings for him, only his children from 2 marriages. We hope someone ..somewhere can add to the information we have acquired along the way.
