My grandparents John McKeown and Annie Beatson borh 1858 and 1860
Married 1880 In Ireland a place called Toone Bridge?
John died 1935 and Annie died tragically falling down the stairs 1910.
They had 9 children the 2 oldes died of an illness? and the other 7 survived.

John moved to Rutherglen, Glasgow as a single man but returned home to Toone bridge to marry great grandmother Annie.
They both returned back to Rutherglen and settled at 10 Wallace Street, Rutherglen.
They had 3 children at this address another 2 don't know if they were borth there? Pat was and he was the 3rd child.
Both parents and Pat returned back to Ireland were the rest of the children were born.
Again they retured to Rutherglen 1896 by that time Pat was 12 years old.
They lived at 64 Glasgow Road, Rutherglen, then moved to High Back as my parents new the close was named. This is were my greatgrandmother died falling down the stairs at the age of 48.
Bridget died around 1926/27.
My parents names are Hugh McHugh and Margaret McKeown. I have 6 brothers and 4 sisters. I'm the oldest Bernadette, Paul, Myles, Hugh, Liam, Margaret, Mary, Anne, John (twins) Gordon and Jeanne.
My parents live in Rutherglen. They are 74 now.
