Mamie was born in 1898. Per the 1900 census. Sarah died when mamie was a baby, she was sent to N.J. to be cared for by mothers friend. Mamie had Willard, Leona, Joseph,Mable,Beatrice, Earl, William, James,Walter, Dorothy. She married Joseph Harris, father of Leona & Jo Jr. William Henry Butler (Shamrock) was the father of the other children. Willard had no children, he married Louvenia, Leona married Lester Smith, Mable married James Mckenney,Beatrice married Oscar Turner,Earl married two women-not devorcing the first-Betrina & Carolyn,William married Dee, Walter married 2xs Lucille & Henrietta, Dorothy did not
marry. Family reunions held every summer & xmas.
