Researching the mixed family tree of the Dagg's and the Mcknight's is very interesting as you can see there are two different lots, James Dagg was born james mcknight but he was sponcered by daggs later in life as it came about unknown.
James reall name is James William Rochford Slade Flemming Dagg.
(yet to prove all the above names). James Dagg died in Gisborne New Zealand. He was married to Sarah Anne Kirby?. yet to find a birth certicate on her as she born in Australia.
I have a copy of there marraige cert, but nothing else from that piont. Sarah died in Auckland under the name Sarah Anne Gore 2 marriage, they had 11 children as far as i know,list fellows.
Charles, William, Olive, Mertyll, Walter, Rosabell, George, Voilet, Betrice, Tommy, Lillian. Roseabell is my grnadmother she married a roy loader and they had 4 children, 3 girls and 1 boy, the boy Leslie was Roy's son but not Rosabell's, Leslie's mother was Pearl Donggai, YEP who Knows what went on.
