I am currently research for john paschal mcmeans -born 1811 in s carolina abt 1811 ( 17 march )& was married to a sarah longhe or they (not sure which)left south carolina & live in the tallaga ala area where he remarried nancy jane jones (born 1831 in tenn)23 dec 1847--their union produced 7 children some born in talladega & some in stockdale texas- (wilson co) he died1896 & is burried in stockdale wilson co tex-- i can't find his parents names or where either wife is burried--he is my grt-grt-grt grandfather- i have a lot of info on the family, but have been hung up here a long timeon his place of birth & parents names- any help out thereget back to me --pbr21@sbcglobal.net------ thanks don
