Hello, and welcome to my family tree. I am Michael Richard McNulty, and my family tree contains a lot of individuals who I am related to, in one way or another, from all sides of my family. I am related to and connected to the McNulty family, who started out in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania many, many years ago. I was born and raised in the vicinity of Wildwood, New Jersey. My father was born in North Wildwood and raised in Wildwood, as his parents moved here right before he was born, in December of 1929. His older sister and two older brothers were born in Philadelphia. I believe my grandfather moved his family to the area because he was promised a job on a milk wagon, a job that was scarce during the Great Depression. I have always lived here as has one of my McNulty cousins, Joan Kennedy Roach, whereas the other McNulty cousins were raised in Philadelphia. I say raised because my cousins Gloria McNulty Haferkamp and Joe McNulty, 3rd were born in Atlantic City, NJ but basically were raised in Philadelphia. I believe that Uncle Hen's kids were born in Philadelphia, and I know that they were raised there after moving from Bristol, Pa. It may seem strange that I don't know all of the facts of my first cousins, but that's how it is. In the late 1970's and early 1980's, my late father's first cousin, Edward Joseph McNulty, began putting together our family tree. Ed last lived in Wilmington, Delaware and his life spanned from 1913 to 1992. Without his interest, research and hard work, this wouldn't be here for those of us and hopefully our future generations to look over and enjoy. This is only an updated version of his original work. There are going to be misspelled names and an occasional wrong date and so forth, so if you can help to correct any of this, feel free to send an e-mail with the proper information. I have no idea why the link to my family tree below has a small 'n' instead of an upper case one, and I have tried to work it out. If you follow the simple instructions, you can back track and view all of the information that I could obtain when putting this together. If I have some things wrong, let me know and I can fix them. In rememberance of all of those who have gone before us, this is presented. May God Bless and Keep All of Us.
