My name is Jennifer Nadine Merryman. I am 20 years old. My parents are Brenda L. Cave Merryman and Enoch "Jerry" Merryman. I've never really looked into my family history. My mom's cousin has traced my grandma's family back to Germany in the 1600's, I think. I have always thought it would be really neat to know "where I came from". So, that's what I'm going to try to do here. I'm not sure how to go about this, but I'm going to try.
I don't know much about my father's side of the family. I know my grandparents names; that's about it. I'd like to try to find more about the Merryman's. This is what I know:

John William - married Cindy; sons - William, Brad; daughters - Kathy, Karen
Rosie Estelle - died in car accident
Mary Elizabeth - married Walter Vines; son - Christopher
Minnie Beatrice - married William Wheatley; son - William Jr.; daughters - Melissa, Beverly
Enoch Jerry - married Nancy Wheatley; son - Brian Keith; daughters - Lori, Amy
- married Brenda Cave; son - Jerry Eugene; daughters - Jennifer Nadine, Jessica Nicole
*There were I think 2 other children; one was stillborn, his name would have been Joe; the other, I'm not sure of the name, died in a fire.
These are in no particular order; I know my Uncle Henry is the oldest and my dad, Jerry, is the youngest; the rest, I'm not sure about.
