About Our Family Research

Our family has it's roots in Poland, but with all the border changes that happeneed there, it appears as though some family ancesters came from Germany, Hungry and Austria. For the most part they came from Warsaw and the Tatra Mountains.
Sir names of the origional immigrants include: Rusiniak, Rochowiak, Zarajczyk, Merkwa and Machkowiak. First generation children of these immigrants were married: Kozoduj, Niedziela, Mazur, Paluszak, Connor, Chicocki, Stanek and Filipowicz.
