RICHARD BOWEN -80, OF 420 West Edwin Street, died Wednesday aternoon, Sept. 16, 1964, at the Williamsport Hospital. Born in Osceola Mills, he was the son of James and Annie Moore Bowen. Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Margaret Hayes, of this city, and three brothers, Thomas, of Windber, James, of Altoona and Willard, of Tionesta. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Noll's, 1 East Central Avenue, South Williamsport, with Brigadier William Dearin, of the Salvation Army, officiating. Burial will be in Montoursville Cemetery, Friens may call at the funeral home Friday from 7 to 9 p.m.
