I want to start making a family tree for my kids. I also would like to learn about my grandparents and greatgrandparents.
I am researching my side of the family first. Its a little less confusing. My maiden name is Morales. Here is a brief summary of my family.
My grandfather and grandmother were John and Pieda Morales. They met in Victoria Texas and I believed they married there. Then moved to Houston. They lived there until their death. My grandfather died Jan. 21, 1971 and grandmother died April 10, 1998. Their children are Dominga Morales (Trigo), Beve Morales (died in 1999 I believe, don't remember married name), Lupe Morales (Don't know married name), Francisco Morales (my dad), John (Johnny) Morales, Richard Morales, Anthony Morales, and Edward Morales. All are still alive except Beve. All still live in Houston, Texas except Anthony Morales. He lives in San Antonio.
I also know that some how the Morales (my grandfather) and the Gutierrez(sp.) are related. My great uncle is Lupe "MEX" Gutierrez (my grandfather's brother) lives in San Antonio.
I also know something about my dad's cousins (my distant cousins) living in Mexico in a Mountain. They are of Indian descent.
