My name is Annette Julia Bettencourt (married name - Morrison). I don't really know much about my family history. What I do know, is that I want to know more, so I'm starting here.

My father, Harry Leonard Bettencourt was born December 10, 1933 in San Leandro, California to Harry Leonard Bettencourt and Marie Antoinette. I just want to know who my ancestors are - I need to know where I came from. It's a Portuguese thing I guess. My grandfather, Harry Leonard Bettencourt was a brillant man, at least in my eyes - a Horticulturist as his father was before him. My grandfather loved Cacti - and had a beautiful green house which I adored as a child. He was an electrician by trade and a horticulturist by heart.

I hope to find much more information - I apologize for not knowing more and hope that I may find more...
