I began researching the Ritter surname only several years ago and have been thoroughly bitten by the genealogy bug. My database consists of over 17,000 individuals, 2,665 surnames and 20 generations. More are always being added. The research I have done has taken me down many paths of history from which I've learned quite a lot. I enjoy not only researching the Ritter descendants but also the various lines which branch out from the Ritters due to marriage. It is my hope that this extensive branch researching will be able to help more researchers than just those researching the Ritter name. Some of my major surnames are:

*****Please help me find FRANK KOCH. He was my mother's father. He left when my mother and her brother were very young. The marriage certificate states that he was from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. His father's name was James and was from Oklahoma and his mother's name was Margaret and was from Kansas. I have searched through censuses with no luck. He was born about 1898 and married Hazel C. Fritzinger May 8, 1922 in Allentown, PA. My mother, Marion, was born June 22, 1922.*****
*****Also need help finding any information on URBAN C. MUMBAUER. He was born April 27, 1879 in Upper Saucon Township, PA and died on July 6, 1907. On December 1, 1898 he married Estelle L. Ziegler in St. Paul's (Blue Church) in Upper Saucon Township, PA. In 1900 they lived in Philadelphia. One of their daughters, Emalyne, born June 21, 1901 in Philadelphia, PA was my mother-in-law's (Nada Mumbauer) mother. Emalyne died April 3, 1923 when Nada was only 2 years old.*****
