My name is Claudetta Morgan and I am researching the following names: Walker, Morgan, Haynes, Daniels, Taylor, Roberts, Jones, & Kandziorski to name a few. These are the main names. I have been doing my family tree since around 1970. I have close to 1000 names in my list already, and adding new ones regularly. I just found out about the Roberts last week. My husband's grandfather was brother to my grandfather, so we have double relations on the Morgan side of the family. They are mostly from around Wilcox County. The Daniels are from South Alabama, and the Jones were from near Berry College in GA. The rest are from around Calhoun and Talladega Counties, AL. If you think we may have a common thread, please contact me. My dad's parents were Lonnie Homer Walker and Nora Lee Haynes. My mom's parents were Claude Morgan and Ruby Gertrude Taylor. Homer's parents were Lewis Anderson Walker & Sarah Lavonia Parker. Nora's parents were James Westley (or Wesley) Haynes and Marietta E. Roberts. Claude's parents were Henry Jackson Morgan and Nancy Susan Daniels. Ruby's parents were John McLeod Taylor and Lois Gertrude Jones (she was either Cherokee or Creek indian - just not sure which one or where she was born: not sure of her parents names either) She had a sister named Goldie that I know of, but think there were more. She attended Berry School for girls when she was young, but they have not found any records of attendance for me yet. It was have been prior to 1916, since she had married my ggf by then. If you have any info, I'd really appreciate what you can share with me.
