The Morgans of Wales, Massachusetts, & Wisconsin

About Our Family Research


My family is descended from Miles Morgan of Wales, who came to America in 1632 and helped found Springfield, Mass and later Brimfield, Mass. In the 1840's his descendant Horace Morgan and his family settled in Adams and Marquette, Wisconsin. My grandfather, William E. Morgan, was born in Wisconsin and migrated with his family to Reno Coounty Kansas in the 1880's.
