Family research is a hobby of mine. At times it can be addictive. I am researching both my mother's (the Minors) and my father's (the Morgans) families. I appreciate any changes or additions that any is willing to send along.
My mother's family is mostly from eastern Virginia, and some have been here since the very early sixteen hundreds surviving the harsh times in early Jamestown.
My fathers family on the other hand were more nomadic and moved from state to state quite often. Some families lived in three or four states in one generation. It is therefore hard to find information on them.
I hope by placing my information on the web it will help others in finding what they need for their family. I am always willing to try to answer any questions so please go ahead and ask me. AND may I wish all who are looking up their family tree the best of luck
